We needed a new key for our F150. The service dept was extremely helpful and Christine who was attending to customers and staff alone ( she needed 4 more hands) was patient and very accommodating. We were in and out in under an hour. Seriously, Lamarque, hire some help in the service dept office. This girl was multi tasking like crazy!
Took my car to have it serviced on last Friday I got there at 8:00 o’clock a.m. 8:30 a.m. my car was ready Thanks Y’all Great Job

esterday, my mom and I were traveling into Kenner from out of town, and as we were driving down the off ramp, my car started to make an insane noise. We pulled over and saw something dragging under my car. My salesman back home told me to see if there was a dealership near by. We found LaMarque, and the hotel staff informed us they were the best around. Mr. Lamarque, a huge compliment is owed to your boys at the Lamarque Ford dealership. Ray Hoffman, Lance Paul Robeaux, Jason Pastor and Luke Lemus showed the utmost care and patience towards me buying my first truck. I have bought many cars in my life, but never had the pleasant experience like I had on 1/30/2019. Because of that experience, I know I will never buy from another dealership, EVER.
