Bought F-250 about a year ago. We have been trying to get an appointment to get it serviced for 2 weeks and no one has returned a phone call. Left 2 messages for the service advisor, 2 messages for the service manager, 1 message for sales manager and a message for the General Manager. Not one call returned. Tried making an appointment on the app and everyday it says not available. It’s sad that you get this kind of treatment after they get your money.

Lets face it, no one likes having to take their automobile to the shop. But, Lamarque makes it as painless as possible. My two experiences with Lamarque have been for factory recalls and the service department jumped right on to the issue and I drove my trucks out in four hours or less. I'm impressed. May to looking to get into a new truck soon, so I'll definitely be giving Lamarque Ford a shot at my business.
