I recommend Lamarque Ford to any one shopping for a FoMoCo product, new or used. Also, it seems any brand vehicle in their "pre-owned" inventory is top notch and priced right. I thoroughly enjoyed my buying experience with the staff at Lamarque.
All repairs made to my car were quick and easy!
Brought our car in for A/C repair, for the 2nd time in 2 years (against our better judgement, based on past experience with this dealership's service department). After spending $800+ on repairs to a sensor, and the A/C working for 5 days, we are now being told the compressor is out & our additional cost to fix it would be $1k+. (This price includes a $300 discount, mind you). Thanks, but NO THANKS! Shame on us for tempting fate & falling for this scam, again.
This has been the worst truck buying experience in my life. The day I pick up the truck. I had to bring it back to the dealership. The check engine light came on, it has been at the dealership now for 2 weeks. I want my money back. You cash my check. Now all the smiles changed to frowns but you sold me a defective vehicle.
In 2017 I bought a 2009 Ford Focus and it was a great car and a great deal. Unfortunately someone totaled my Focus and i had to find another car. A week ago I bought a brand new Ford Fusion. It is awesome and I got a great deal again. 0% interest and marked down from the sticker price. I’m once again a happy customer!
My husband and I bought a new $65,000 Expedition about 3 weeks ago. The temperature control for the AC has already stopped working. When my husband called to make an appointment to have it repaired. He was told that he was not able to make an appointment and that we would have to drop it off for the next 10 days as there is a 10 day back log for AC work.
