I bought a used BMW 435i from Lamarque, at a very good price. The came down a tad in price, fixed a place on the upholstery that needed work, and took the car to my own mechanic for review. The salesperson, Laura Castigliola, mainly handles commercial sales but I happened to get her for my personal sale, and she was great. Lamarque has the worse service department They never fix things right the first time They wrecked my sons car They cracked his windshield the next time I spent 37,000 on this car It is ridiculous I will never by from them as long as I live!!!!!!! Please share so others are aware

The friendliness of all the workers as soon as You walk in . After telling tell them your service needed why you were there, a smile comes and hear thank you for coming and we will get right with you . Coffee is available and you just sit down and relax till they come and tell you your car is ready and here is your keys!
