Really disappointing results. Arrived with below shoulder length hair and come out with a style that was not as requested Far too much cut off. Asked for my fringe to be cut back in and some long layers to lighten the heaviness at sides. Its now too short in layers to tie up to hide the mess. I guess it should of rung alarm bells when she asked me if I had ever had short hair, but that is not what I was expecting. Will not recommend or return
Consistently excellent experience at Lala Salon Watford. Staff are super friendly and professional and always make you feel welcome. Laura who does my hair is amazing! Always listens to me and goes the extra mile to make sure I leave the salon happy which I always do. Cannot recommend highly enough.
