Verified Renter Its very relaxing and quiet, Im way more comfortable than my last community, its spacious, modern and nice scenery to wake up to. I love it!
Verified Renter The maintenance team is not what they used to be when I moved in four years ago. Currently, the response time is poor and the issue is not resoved in a timely manner. I still love the community and amenities and I'm hoping that the maintenance problems will get better instead of worse. Only time will tell.

Verified Renter Easy move in nice apartment I love everything about the Lakewood hills so far so good ac wasn’t working when i arrived 5 minutes after I called they came and fixed it .
Verified Renter Quiet & peaceful. You can tell the staff here cares about all residents. The area is very safe and there is plenty to do, such as a pool, sports courts, and a lake to walk around.
