Verified Renter the place is okay, but when i first moved in i had to do a deep clean because it was dirty. the office is also not always reliable on being open. they also have a nice pool and gym, but the gym never has cleaning wipes.

Verified Renter Stairways and walkways are the only aspects of apartment complex environment as it’s a bit outdated and needs updating/patching of roughy spots. Everything else is very solid for apartment price.
Verified Renter The whole process has been very challenging…from being offered a 2 bdrm that is actually a 1 bedroom work a den that was converted into a two bedroom, top accounting issue that made for a very stressful few days. (Which finally were resolved) Otherwise I loved the pool and the fitness center… I hope they begin updating it soon

Verified Renter My experience residing at Lakewood Hills is Awesome! The rural atmosphere is appealing, the grounds are maintained daily and lawn care is excellent! Conveniently located to several shopping centers, drug stores, medical facilities and hospital. All within walking distance.
Verified Renter So far Lakewood Apartments is safe neighborhood to live in. The maintenance is great as well, They responded so quickly to fix any maintenance we had.
Verified Renter I like everything that this complex has to offer. Whenever something needs to be fix they are here in a timely manner. These maintenance men here are the best I ever seen in any complex I have been.
Verified Renter The office staff are great. I was initially told I had to wait until 2:00 pm on move in day to get my keys. They later moved the time up to 12:00pm. The was the only issue I had. The apartment is great and very spacious, exactly what I needed!
