I love all of the email updates, the myriad of fun resident events planned, the apartment layout, and the coloring & carpet are absolutely lovely. Love the campus feel and all of the amenities as well. Already went to the pond twice since moving in last Friday. Love the play area for the kids and the clean grass and trash area. Verified Renter The community itself isn’t bad. But the customer service isn’t great, maintenance claims to fix problems but never does, paint is literally caked onto everything including fixtures, ceiling fan, walls, light bulbs etc. Get charged an amenity fee monthly but don’t even use the amenities and then on top of it have to pay for a pool pass to use the pool. You can be late up to 5 days on rent before receiving a late fee but they will start making threats about legal fees on the second day late. Everytime you renew... read more
