Verified Renter It’s not a bad place to live. Property is decently well kept and the amenities are nice, lots of parking space. My biggest complaint is that it’s very hard to get ahold of any office staff or maintenance. One time I tried calling the emergency maintenance line when my dishwasher was leaking water in my kitchen/living room carpet, and I never received a call back. Verified Renter Amazing community! This is the best place I have ever lived in! Maintenance is always one call away and leasing office people are amazing as well!
Verified Renter Meh could be better but could be worse. Rent is average but the maintenance does a decent job and are on top of things if something happens.

Verified Renter Maintenance staff is terrible as is the automatic renters insurance company. But the amenities are nice. I can't help but wonder if the money going into community events would be better used to update some of the appliances. They lie on all advertising about having tennis courts (at least none that have tennis nets).

Verified Renter We have lived here since November 2019. We are very happy with our apartment because of the size and all the amenities it contains. We are close proximity to all the stores and the hospital and medical facilities. The office staff and maintenance respond to our needs promptly, professionally, courteously and efficiently. The apartment is very quiet and the grounds are well kept.

Verified Renter Location is good neighborhood is quiet, rent is just to expensive for what is given and some of the extra fees are just not worth it. A lot of nice events for the community
Verified Renter I enjoy living here. It’s very quiet and peaceful. The maintenance are on top of work orders. The people are friendly and welcoming. The only thing that I don’t like is not having an itemized sewer bill and a $75 amenities fee for things I don’t use in this community.
