Verified Renter So far since I moved in I’m loving the area and it’s very quiet neighborhood. It’s a good place to rent if you looking for somewhere to move to.
Verified Renter Grounds and buildings well maintained. Maintenance staff continue to be excellent. Office staff attentive and helpful. Complex is located near public transit.
Verified Renter The amenities are sort of expensive and there is no opting out. Repairs are slow and I have had issues with the way they left my place when they when they were done. Place is nice other than that.
Verified Renter It's OK, our apartment is very dated. The area seems to be unsafe. We had the police cut off an entire entrance to the complex and had officers in camp running around with shotguns.
Verified Renter Clean, quiet and overall satisfying. A great place to live and raise kids. I love all the amenities offered to residents. Moving from NYC is a bit of an adjustment but a GREAT adjustment.

Verified Renter I absolutely LOVE it here. The pool is wonderful the pond is beautiful the dog parks are awesome. I havnt made it into the gym yet but can't wait to the equipment is top notch. So far this is the best place I have ever lived at.

The only thing I would say is sometimes maintenance can take a bit of time but other times they have been very quick, so I guess it just depends on if they are busy with other requests or not. The amenities are great! I've lived here over a year and renewed!
Verified Renter My experience here has been pretty good so far. I’ve been here 8 years now, and my only real complaint is the rents goes up every year yet there are no upgrades made to the apartment.
