Verified Renter Lakewood hills advertises itself as this luxury community. They charge premium rent, much more than the actual luxury apartments downtown do. The washer dryer is so tiny you can’t fit more than an outfit. If you want to wash comforters you’ll have to go to the laundromat mat. Literally every square foot of the upstairs creaks when you take a step. The range in the kitchen is from 1976. The oven is from the early 2000’s, the refrigerator is 25 years old. Verified Renter My daughter and I just moved in and the whole experience was great. The staff is attentive and helpful. It feels like a great community and offers a lot of awesome amenities and host events which allow you to get involved. They have apps and online websites that makes everything super easy.
