Verified Renter The complex is well maintained. When I've called for maintenance, they come quickly. It's location is perfect for me. I work at different places in Harrisburg and it's centrally located for me. Noise is minimal.
Verified Renter Very clean property. Love the parks on a nice day. Can’t wait to enjoy the pool in the summer! Just watch out for people walking their dogs and letting them poop in your yard and them not picking it up.

They only care about your money This place keeps coming up with ridiculous fees to charge us with and won't even give you an explanation why you have to pay. They charge $100 to add/drop someone from the lease for no reason. Talking to the staff in the leasing office is like talking to robots. They lose documents that you submit to them. It took them three months to fix appliances and all appliances are outdated and malfunction. They will also tow your car if you have a flat tire, overdue inspection, etc. for over 7 days.
