The apartment is not well-insulated against noise ... The apartment is not well-insulated against noise or the weather, The landlord makes paying rent rather inconvenient, but the maintenance staff is very nice and professional.

I have never had a bad response from the complex, ... I have never had a bad response from the complex, whenever I have needed them they have been super responsible in that matter. additional i love my living area

It’s been quite an experience living here at Lakew... It’s been quite an experience living here at Lakewood Hills. The community in itself has been great! The neighbors are friendly as well as the office staff/maintenance crew. Service requests are completed in a timely manner.

they treat residents terribly They sent out a notice at 10:33pm for vehicles to be moved by 7:30 the next morning, and if not they would be towed at the owner’s expense. When I tried to contact the office about this multiple times, I was first told that didn’t happen, and then when she realized it did in fact happen, I was told I’d get a call back and never did. Lakewood Hills offers such nice living spaces with... Lakewood Hills offers such nice living spaces with plenty of storage and big windows to let in natural sunlight. You never know you have neighbors since you can never hear through the walls and the community is so friendly. Great place for dog-lovers too.

Not as great as it once was I've lived at Lakewood Hills for five years. When I first moved in, this place was wonderful. The staff was professional and always helpful. The property has since changed ownership and the attitude of the office staff has turned 180 degrees in the opposite direction. The staff is rude and unwilling to assist residence with any need you may have. Recently the property management gave less then 24 hour notice to relocate vehicles of they will be towed. Be careful at this place. I been living at lake wood hills for about 14 months. The place is not bad but be careful with the some of the leasing personal.

Love it Apartment is what we were looking for and more. Kelly and the rest of the leasing office staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Everyone is courteous, professional, efficient and friendly. The maintenance staff come right away and do not make you feel as if you were a bother. When it snowed, the plowing was done quickly. which is very important for senior citizens.
