the size is worth the price This is the largest apartment I've seen in this area other than renting a house. The grass and everything is well taken care of and you get a really nice gym and pool area. Compared to all the other complexes I visited, they have the biggest apartments and the price is about the same as the others. I saw an older version and a newer style. Very disappointing I originally moved into Lakewood Hills because it was in a good location and the staff were pleasant when I went on a walk-through. The apartments themselves are clean and well-maintained, but the staff can be extremely rude and lose all sense of customer service after you sign your lease. There are usually always additional charges and fees, and they waive a great deal of responsibility. I have a number of un-returned emails and phone calls for a number of problems from disruptive neighbors to malfunction... read more

A little better than Section 8 Housing If you’re not going to read the entire review, here’s the synopsis (DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS IT’S YOUR VERY VERY LAST RESORT). Management is the WORSE I’ve ever dealt with, all they want is to find ways of getting into ur pockets at all costs. Before signing ur lease with them, REQUEST A COPY AND READ IT CAREFULLY before u sign. Also DO NOT LEAVE WITHOUT a signed copy of the lease. Lakewood Hills For our very first apartment, Lakewood Hills has definitely surpassed my expectations. The apartment is clean, well build and has the perfect amount of space. We had a very good experience with the staff when we were doing all of the paper work. I would highly recommend these apartments.

Lakewood Hills I am a new tenant. So far so good. The staff is excellent with getting \you in and explaining everything that needs to be done. The one thing that I do not like is that it is not accommodating when you are moving in. you park in a lot and have to walk up a grade to get your furniture, groceries, etc in to the building. No elevators to help with those on 2nd and 3rd floor. It has a pool, tennis court, gym and lake in the middle of complex. Beautiful grounds.

Worth the struggle Dealing with management was sometimes a hassle. I relocated 250 miles so I was unable to come to the leasing office before my move in, but I was allowed to sign my lease the day I moved in. The apartment was clean and beautiful on move in and the building is quiet! Great facilities also! Overall, very happy.

Lucky First Floor! After setting up an appointment to just look at an apartment, we couldn't pass it up. Apartment was super clean and ready to move in. Location is right in the middle of everything but at the end of the day its so quiet and homey that you feel like your in the country. Amenities like pool and fitness room are a definite plus. Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Moving is a pain no matter where you are but moving to Lakewood Hills Apartments has been a very pleasant experience all around.

Nice Apartment, Good Location This apartment is great for my needs. It's a good size and is reasonably priced. The location is close to lots of restaurants which is great for someone who can't cook, like me. I also like that it's not in the city, but close enough that if you needed to go into the city it wouldn't too much of a hassle. The maintenance staff is very quick to respond to any requests.
