Verified Renter Very stained carpets in walk ways, out of date appliances. No update fixtures, no newly painted doors. Communication is horrible at times. No one answers the phone in a timely manner.

Verified Renter It is a nice area to live in. Very quiet and peaceful. Parking never seems to be an issue there are plenty of open spaces. Very pet friendly.

Verified Renter Just moved in and the house was not properly cleaned. The drains don’t drain properly. Everything is completely outdated and old. The apartment didn’t even come with a microwave.

Verified Renter Beautiful area. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. It's very clean in garbage area and lobby smells clean fresh every morning.The park area amazing I love that my children have a playground.
Verified Renter Not worth the price, basically can get a house because you’re making a mortgage payment for an apartment. It’s not a bad place to live, for me personally it just isn’t worth the money and they raised the rent after only being here a year

Verified Renter Love it here so much everyone is so friendly and helpful, Maintenance is fast and responsive, and my pup loves the dog park!! Its located in such a nice area with everything you need right around the corner.

Verified Renter They continue to improve on the outside. This community is beautiful on the outside, but people live inside. There is so much more they could be doing as nothing is truly wrong with the outside from the beginning. I feel the carpet in the apartments are very inexpensive. Of course you could put fake wood down and make out better. Rodents seem to be coming an issue. I just feel more should be done inside. One good point is maintenance always on time no matter what the issue they usually address it quickly.
