Verified Renter The fees and costs for a small 2 bedroom is not worth it. I moved here to get out of the city but regret everything about that decision. The apartment I was shown through a virtual tour in the leasing office is not the one I was given. They sent my lease and when I asked to see the place first in person prior to signing the lease was told it was not ready for me to see and then was told the lease had to be signed asap. Verified Renter The staff is great and community is even better! Tons of events and amenities. Pool, dog parks, gym, and so much more. Work orders are always addressed in a timely maner and 24 hour emergency line.

Verified Renter From the phone call to the walk through they were so sweet and made it feel like a home making sure everything was to my liking. I highly recommend the complex and the area. It’s beautiful over here and I’ve never had a place that felt as welcoming as it does at Lakewood Hills.

Verified Renter The community is fairly quiet and centrally located to go in any direction. The gym facilities are small but has enough to get in a good workout. The maintenance staff are polite.
Verified Renter Pretty solid living experience and maintenance staff have only done well. Sometimes getting in contact with staff can be hard because of my work hours. Prices can be expensive but compared to other options feels not the worst.
Verified Renter It was lovely, I love love love the neighborhood, lots of facilities from the apartment. Love the playgrounds where kids can play, also let’s not forget about the dog play ground.
