My boxer, Jackson, was sick. I called and they got me in right away. I have the pleasure of meeting a new veterinarian Michelle Konecny. She was so wonderful with Jaxson! He absolutely adored her! The vet tech was knowledgeable and understanding that he was nervous about his visit there. I could not have asked for a better place to get care for my babies!
I have been bringing my dogs here for 16 years. They are wonderful! Dr. Laurie Koenig is the BEST vet ever! All my dogs have loved her. She is caring and gentle, and you can tell she really LOVES all animals! Very knowledgeable about all animals, and does surgery also. I can not say enough good things about this animal hospital. Even the ladies at reception are awesome, caring, and great at their jobs. Wait time is minimal, 5 to 10 minutes at most.
Very please with all the care my buddy received however , the parking lot is a lawsuit waiting to happen . It was pouring rain , I'm trying to get inside with a cat carrier , a purse and an umbrella in hand , and I have to carefully swim through giant pools of water . I almost fell , not a good feeling ..at all . I understand the lot is shared with State Farm , who is also our personal agent , she is getting an earful next !
