Dr Konecny is great with cats! I trust her with my Monkey 100%.
I'm here way too much my dog is constantly sick. The people who work here make it so pleasant and they are all so friendly and nice.
On November 26, 2016 my mother took away my dog. She took her to this place n they put her down. I still don't know why a year later. She was a healthy beautiful girl. She was my best friend. Every day i cry for her. I ask my mother all the time why but she never answers me. I just can't find any closure, please help me. :,( Lakewood police n the dog warden were involved too. I don't understand what happened n why. I ended up having a nervous breakdown because of all this, which was not fun at all.
Took all 11 pups and momma in and the staff was wonderful.
None of the vets have ever led us astray or recommended unnecessary services for our dogs. I have always appreciated their phone calls to check in on our dogs after being sick. Honestly we've never had a bad experience here (probably 9 years now) Cody and Jack are both comfortable with vets and techs here.
Lori Koenig is the absolute tops. Her warmth & compassion is contagious. And her ability to impart the necessary information to us regarding both Gizmo & JoJo is second to none. She has dubbed Gizmo the official “Walmart Greeter of LAH.”
Glad the staff was able to fit my sick kitty into the schedule. Doctor Kinectney is awesome.
