There are myriad of reasons but I’ll name a few. The staff : front desk, the techs, and the Docs. They are courteous, professional, compassionate, and in the most difficult positions for us the client they become part of our families. I have had the pleasure of working with most of the Doctors and I am comfortable with all of them no matter the circumstance that brought me there. They really care for your pets. I took my dog Manny there for 11 years. when the time came for him to cross the Rainbow Bridge 🌈 they comforted me. I was absolutely devastated and they made me feel not alone. They even sent a sympathy card to my home a few days later. I would recommend this animal hospital to any pet parents. Thank you. ❤
Dr. Curran removed a large tumor from my beagles paw this past December. Our experience with Dr. Curran was wonderful. We had to come for a wound change every 3-4 days and the techs were kind and caring as well. Penny is well on her way to recovery after a challenging 3 weeks and Dr. Curran went above and beyond. Thank you so much Dr. Curran!
The staff are always friendly and helpful. They answer any questions you might have and are always work with you to make sure your pet is healthy.
Their manager and "some" vets lack business acumen, the basics of " customer service" skills apparently need some training at this place. Remember when you walk into a business and they pretend they are happy to earn your business? Not here, it is atrocious.😮 The vet I saw, came across arrogant nor was he welcoming. Perhaps my expectations to have him communicate to me a bit about his credentials, why my cat was feeling how she was, and all the available options would be, I guess those expectations were too high! Dr. Konecny is so kind and thorough. She really cares for the animals and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good vet!
My wife Sheryl and I took our cat Baby Girl in to be put down. From the receptionist, nurse, and veterinarian they couldn’t have been kinder and more giving in this rough time for us. We were thankful that we got to be there in the end then left alone to say our prayers and goodbyes. They have taken care of all our pets these last 12yrs.
