RecommendedMy son loves coming here to train. He’s only been coming for two weeks and he’s already gained so much confidence. The owner JT is super nice and great with the kids. It’s a bit of a drive for us, but totally worth it.

Recommendedit's great place to work out , with a great instructor ( kru)JT Smith and Matt. a good place to learn self defense and discipline. Everyone @ lake Norman are friendly and helpful working together. I highly recommend it, it so much fun, a good place for beginners and for the more advanced. Try it and you'll see what I'm talking about.

My husband has advanced Parkinsons with Lewey Body demensia and he does RSB where we live 2 times a week.
