Nice gym. Great experienced trainers. Highly recommend
When I tried this class for the first time I was very nervous because striking martial arts make me uncomfortable. However, immediately in the first class Kru Smith and his students made me feel welcome. I quickly realized how fun it was. Something I used to be scared of I quickly learned to enjoy and I look forward to going to class every Wednesday and Saturday! I can't wait until my son is old enough to join!
I am thrilled that JT Smith is continuing to share his gift and knowledge of Muay Thai with others. Both my sons were fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to spend time with him during their most crucial character building years. Not only did they benefit from learning the art of Muay Thai but they also acquired a sense of self worth, self reliance, and a respect for themselves as well as for others.
