It was fun. It was friendly. It was a great workout! Great for all ages! You won't regret it even if you only do the free week of classes
If you want a great trainer or if you want your kids to learn self-defense and discipline this is the best place for them to go I know the owner personally he is a really great guy and a great teacher I can say absolutely nothing bad about him at all really great guy my book

My son went for first time this evening and Kru J. T.Smith was awesome with him. Very patient and taught him to where he understood why he was doing certain moved. Will definitely be back
When my son started training for MMA at the age of 10 two years ago, we wanted to find a place that would be able to expand his skills. After learning some boxing and kicking techniques, we found LKN Muay Thai to bring the two skills together. With Kru JT's experience and training he was able to go to his first tournament within 2 months of training. Awesome gym to go to! When I first started wasn't sure if it was my thing, everyone welcomed me. Very easy to to grab the concept! What better way to burn 1000 calories in a session and have a blast! Now I have a passion for Muay Thai and can't wait to see what the future holds!! There are different age group so no one is left out!! COME TRY A CLASS YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
