We attended an afternoon self defense workshop. My boys really enjoyed the one on one training. Our overall experience was excellent and we hope to do more with JT in the future.

I was offered a free week and I loved it! JT is an amazing teacher, offering a lot of support to his students and correcting their form to the utmost perfection of Muay Thai expectations. I learned a great deal in only 4 days and through self reflection learned a lot about myself through those tough 4 days. JT is constantly respectful, mindful and caring to his students, and i would recommend his classes.
When our son wanted to try something outside the norm of traditional sports I started looking around. When I discovered JT was in town it was a no brainier. After 2 years training Garret is stronger, more agile and his confidence level has increased significantly. JT stresses respect and manners and it shows in all his students.
