RecommendedGreat learning atmosphere! As a 48 year old just starting, I was a little nervous on what to expect initially. The instructors are all very friendly and bring you up in a safe learning environment where you are. Never feel like I’m not a part of the group, even across different ages and experience. Definitely recommend this place for any age or fitness level!

From Thailand certified Kru’s to MMA professionals, you’ll be surrounded by the right people to accomplish any goal you set for yourself. Everyone that attends is there to better themselves and others, I have yet to meet someone with a bad attitude or anyone out to just hurt someone. Whether it be getting in shape, learning self defense, or adding to your MMA resume, Lake Norman Muay Thai is the place to make it happen.
RecommendedMy daughter has been attending LNMT since September and I have noticed not only her confidence in herself but she has gained a Muay Thai family also. She looks forward to going to classes every week and challenging herself. I highly recommend the gym for yourself and/or your children.
