Great instructor & great classes
This is by far the best Muay Thai gym in Mooresville. The Kids program has everything you could want including Fun Games, Color "Belt" System with Testing, and even sparring opportunities. The adult Program is your Classic Muay Thai Gym Program offering Large Group Classes, Hard Sparring, and opportunities to compete for Team LNMT! They even have 2nd location in Hickory which offers the same program. LNMT (Lake Norman Muay Thai) is fun, authentic and a great experience for anyone who wants to learn how to fight. The people are friendly and welcoming which makes you feel right at home. The instructors are knowledgeable and understand what they teach. Also you listen to metal music every class, lol. All in all a really awesome place to learn Muay Thai.
