my car has been there for 3 days to be worked on and it hasn't even been looked at yet. when I call I get blown off. it wasn't until the second day that I got them to lend me a car. very disappointed with their customer service.

Hands down the best car buying experience we’ve had. I contacted Shawn on Saturday (he was on vacation) by Monday afternoon he had me all set with a car. We live in Raleigh. All I had to do was tell him what we were looking for and our price range and he handled everything over the phone.
