the W O R S T experience I have ever had in a service department. From the service advisors leaving me sitting around for 30 minutes after my appointment time before even writing up a ticket for my car, to the same service advisor providing ZERO updates while my car was with the tech.. I cannot say enough about the positive experience we had here this week. From the initial phone call with Addison less than 30 minutes after I sent the inquiry to the final paperwork, the sales/finance team were friendly, accommodating, professional and willing to answer any questions (in addition to lifting my 16 month old nephew up to touch the giant balloons). Jeremy, Jerry, Rich and Cam showed us how team work makes a happy customer. We had a rough start with communication however we left happy customers. I HATE the car buying experience....all the haggling back and forth....but this was not like that at all! We were between a vehicle here and one at Hendrick....I'm glad this team showed us why we needed to do business with them.
Service department is horrible. They never call you back when they say they’re supposed to call you back and give you the run around on the phone. They’ve had my car for 2 weeks and it’s still not done. They told me it would be ready Tuesday but they keep back ordering parts and not telling me and didn’t even offer me a loaner car. When they offered me one it didn’t even have air conditioning, keep in mind it’s July and 90 degrees outside. It was great service. After the experience I had last Wednesday when I went to the one on South Boulevard. I gave them and extra $3000 plust approval from my credit union and left lot without the 2018 Hyundai that they had got .e in. I had given up until Shawn Tate reached out to me from a post on fb and it was all up from there. I got financed with them, got a good deal, and drove my not 2018, not 2019 but my 2020 Hyundai Santafa. Im so happy and I appreciate everything that they done for me. GREAT dealership
I wrestled all day about if I should write this review after what happened the last time I wrote a negative review on this dealership, but in the end I will not be bullied and harassed by the owner like I was last time. What do I consider being harassed, asking the dealership to NOT call or email me, and then having the owner do so time and time again until I removed the review just to stop being bothered.
