I am a healthcare worker at a local hospital. I came by for my annual inspection. When the technician came out, he thanked me for what I do and said he was not charging me for the inspection. I was only charged 85 CENTS for the certificate! These guys always take excellent care of me in the service department, but this just blew me away!

we drove over 2 hours to see a 2017 Chevrolet Camaro that their website and Facebook market place showed at their lot, the car was in Florida!
Had my brand new 2020 Santa Fe SUV in for service because my phone charger quit working and when I got back in my SUV to leave noticed that my camera view button was missing and been replaced with a false plate and moved to where my idle button was. When I asked about it they all played dumb until my husband showed them a picture of what it looked like when we bought the SUV. Lake Norman Hyundai has had my car in their service department for a whopping month! First they didn’t see the authorization to start work from my insurance company, then they were waiting on a spring, then they needed more parts. I don’t get updates unless I call, and I’ve called asked for the service manager twice only to have Chris the service guy get on the phone to give me more runaround. Don’t take your car there unless you have a rental paid for by insurance and all the time in the world to get it back!
