3 door handles have fallen off my 2010 Hyundai Sonatas....THIS IS A SAFETY AND QUALITY ISSUE.....but although they told me me the could work on the price, depending on the outcome of my hassling with corporate..they would not replace free...WHY...it is their inferior product AND it is a QUALITY ISSUE. more money on the side perhaps...3 on one car!!! ludicrous..and I have seen it on MANY of this make and model.. OWN AND FIX YOUR MISTAKES....INFERIOR PRODUCT
I was between a rock And hard space when my engine blew! Jason (service manager) had me to tow car there - the rest was a Blessing- Hundai approved engine replacement as a gesture of goodwill with a rental car during repair - PRAISE GOD! Great customer service!!!
