Just bought a Santa Fe. I love it. My husband dealt with Jeremy Rawls. He was fantastic. We went Sunday afternoon and The specific car I wanted which they had to get from another dealership is already in my garage. We Shopped at several different local dealerships and the whole experience was difficult and unpleasant. This place was easy to deal with, no pressure and great customer service. I would highly recommend and ask for Jeremy!
I came in there the other day to get a software update on a car I had gotten through CarMax. I started talking to Jeremy about an Azera. Didn’t get a deal, but he asked would I be open to getting a deal on a newer car with better warranty. I was. So he hashed our a GREAT DEAL. HUGE THANK YOU to the guys at Lake Norman! They worked their magic and I drove home in a 2019 Santa fe! I could not have bought a car from a better dealership. I HATE shopping for cars and they got me exactly what I wanted, and made as painless as possible. I would drive the hour back there to do business again.
I bought a used Veloster and just really enjoyed the no pressure approach to allowing me to check out multiple vehicles on my own. The sales force were there to answer questions, but gave me the time to really review each vehicle in my own way and time.
Great customer service. Did a great paint job to repair a chip in paint. Nice and respectful.
