The worst expierience in my life! Went in to purchase a 2018-2019 Santa Fe, told the salesperson Vivian exacly what i could put down as a downpayment and what my limit would be as far as a monthly car payment

Jeremy is a fabulous sales consultant, I LOVE my Tuscon... I even recommended my best friend to him, and she went with leasing an Elantra. I had a minor issue with my A/C in my Tuscon and Jay from the service department took the reigns and got me fixed up quickly!! Plus, he found out I had a recall on a part which was fixed in the same visit. He was personable, professional and I loved working with him. After going through items to get trade right , everything fell in place. Even thou Tim was getting the hang of sales all went well. Only issue is getting the $40 for test drive. Have to wait till after 09/26/18 to find out if I will get it according to Elizabeth Horne. Then I would give 5+ if that works out. Will update after 09/26/18.
We just purchased a Genesis from Kevin at Lake Norman and had the best buying experience ever. He was awesome! The Genesis is the best, rides so smoother and quiet. We Love it!

My experience was great, no one was pushy and really help me get new vehicle. This is my first time with a Hyundai. I have the Tucson which is a little small for me, but its a really nice SUV and I really like it. My next vehicle will be the Santa Fe which is a bigger SUV.
