I drove a hour and half to purchase the 2006 Ford F250 that they have listed for 20,975. when I arrived the sales man got the truck for me to look at first thing I noticed was check engine light was on. Asked about check engine light and was told that truck had a blowen head gasket but this information was not advertised. absolutely sorry.
RecommendedThe sales and finance staff were friendly, but I would just recommend if you are purchasing a pre-owned vehicle make sure there is a jack and spare tire. My wife and daughter found out the hard way.
I would never recommend this dealership was interested in a pickup contacted them twice they gave me a run around told me they would call me back but never did, now after reading the reviews so glad I didn’t get the pickup 😬😬
I am NOT one to normally do this, but enough is enough. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I bought a new 2018 Tucson here and that was experience was fine, but due to some pretty unlucky circumstances with an oil change at Jiffy Lube in Cornelius (which happened as a result of spending 2 hours at the Hyundai dealership for scheduled oil changes- I didn’t have the time. This place is a joke. I drove two hours to buy a vehicle to discover they didn’t even have it. Then, was promised yet another vehicle the next day to be delivered to me and I couldn’t even get a response!! Poor business!
I bought a new Palisade from this dealership on 6/27/2020. Being a WV resident, the dealership was supposed to send title info to WV DMV. Today is 8/19/2020 and I still do not have a registration card for the new Palisade. I checked with my Credit Union to see if they have received a valid title to my Palisade. They confirmed that they do not have a title yet. I have called the dealership twice this week and still have not gotten a return call that I asked for.
