Great service from all staff Jeremy Rawls ist he man!
I took my Tucson in for some work on the air conditioning system. As always, the customer service was exemplary. Rodney got me right in for a consultation, explained what they needed to do and took care of the paperwork. When I picked my car up, it was as good as new and, on top of that, it was clean inside and out.

This is the worst experience I have had. I dropped off my car on Saturday morning, was told I will get a call if car gets done on Saturday otherwise I can pick up Sunday. No calls, nothing, I called in Sunday and they tell me service department is closed, flat out refused to help me, wouldn't give me a loaner car or anything. Not sure how am I supposed to get to work tomorrow.

We recently located to Huntersville from MA. My Hyundai Sonata LTD Hybrid needed its 45000 mile service and a couple of recalls checked. This was our first dealings with this dealership. I was very happy with the service and especially the way I was treated. The work was finished 30 minutes before I was originally told. I was kept informed of the progress throughout. I will definetly return and anticipate the same level of service.
