My service writer, Devon, was awesome. I was happy with the work I had done and was given coffee and sat in the massage chair while I waited. Will definitely be using Lake Norman Hyundai in the future

I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at this dealership. I live about 2 hours away and Jake set everything up perfectly over the phone from trade in estimate to final sale price. Kevin Trieu was incredible when we arrived to finish up the deal. Thanks also to Ben in the finance office for making the paperwork go quickly. Everyone was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Be sure to stop by and sit in one of the massage chairs. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again.
My 5 star review is only for the SERVICE Department and how my service was today. The survey they send is misleading. It's a survey for how your SERVICE was today with the service department but then it puts 5 stars on the Dealerships website in general. My stars would have been 5 stars for the past 7 years prior to the newest General Manager and his assistant mgr.
I have had such wonderful experiences when it comes to this dealership from buying three cars with Kevin to having my car serviced with Rodney. My late husband was a service manager for Mitsubishi for over 40 years and he would be the one to take care of our cars. Rodney made me feel so welcomed and important when I had explained that I had no clue as to what to do and how to do it when it came to servicing my car. Thank you Rodney for being there for me. The service department at Lake Norman Hyundai is outstanding! I have very little flexibility during the work week due to my travel schedule and Curtis is always accommodating and attempts to meet my appointment needs. I believe sometimes we stereotype dealerships and have misconceptions of their sincerity and even skeptical of excessive charges. Devin and the whole group in service were great. I had a nail in a tire and live in Charlotte. They made time for my car, ended up having to buy 4 new tires, but they did a great job and very personable. And I got a car wash and vacuum job that was definitely needed. Close to my office and the shuttle service helped a lot as well. Thanks so much!
