I am so happy to hear that Cam Stewart is now there. He is the nicest most helpful man in cars. He has an excellent reputation and has thousands of customers that feel the same. As long as he is a partner in this company, the dealership should grow like wildfire.
I had a good experience. It took a little bit longer than expected but it was good. They provided a shuttle to my apartment so I didn't have to pay for an uber. The oil change and check were good.
Every time I come in for services at Lake Norman Hyundai, I'm always welcomed with a smile by front desk personnel, other sales reps if they happen to cross my path, on to the service department. Even though all service Reps are great I tend to stick with a specific individual service rep which is Rodney. He knows what I want and need. Rodney goes above and beyond to make his customers happy which is why we all return to Hyundai of lake Norman for great and awesome service. ��
What an awesome customer experience! I was there for oil change and tire rotation. Rodney Newton was so kind and helpful. He showed me around, encouraged me to try the massage chairs (which were AMAZING) and kept me informed as to where my car was in the service process. He took the time to tell me all about a new car that caught my eye while I was waiting. From the free coffee to the car wash, this dealership has got it going on!
