Rodney Newton is probably the best service advisor I have dealt with in a long. Knows his stuff and communicates it to the customer so they can understand it. The service department at this dealer does a great job. I always recommend them to my friends.

Lake Norman Hyundai is awesome. Rodney Newton is the best service advisor I’ve ever encountered out of the three Hyundai locations I’ve visited since I changed over to a Hyuandai vehicle. I could go to the Hyundai dealership in Concord and it’s a little closer, but since Rodney goes the extra miles in customer service, I go the extra miles to LAKE NORMAN HYUANDAI! We went to Lake Norman Hyundai to car shop with my family, and was warmly greeted by Thomas. He matched my family member with the exact type of vehicle she was looking for. He was diligent in making sure everything was right, and went above and beyond to make sure we were all one hundred percent happy with the vehicle. Recently traded in my 2014 Sante Fe for a 2018 Sante Fe. Lake Norman Hyundai made the process so easy. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of like I have with other dealerships. I purchased my car in July 2017. While purchasing, I lost my salesman as the showroom manager belittled him in front of us, as it was late night and we told the salesman that we would come back the following night. We returned the following evening, and again, it was later in the evening, and our salesman stated that he was leaving the company for what happened to him. We could not get financing at that time of day, and returned the following day only to be given another sale...Continue Reading
I wanted a sonata limited hybrid and found it online at Lake Norman and called and spoke with Jake on and off for almost two weeks while I was getting things situated with the new job. Got to the dealership on a Saturday and worked with Thomas and Ben in finance everything was great and service was awesome from the time I stepped in the door
