The guys in the service department were quick and efficient! They replaced my steering column and starter as well as 2 other recalls in 3 days! The only things recommended were things that i already knew about. They even cut a deal with me. I'll definitely be back!
I had and actually always have had excellent service and experience with this dealership.
My husband went to have his car serviced and was looking at new cars. He went back several times talking prices on a new car. Well the 3 third time was the charm. My husband bought a new car he delt with a sales man Jeramy he was so personal I felt like he was family. What ever my husband asked of him he did for him. All his questions were answered. If he did not know the answer he would find out. We love our new care and would highly recommend Lake Norman Hyundai.
I called Hyundai Blue Link to make my service appointment for me last week. When I got to the dealership they said they were booking two weeks out. That they could not get me in. Hyundai Blue Link said that my appointment was set. I was upset about that. So made my appointment for today and I got here and they are servicing my car. Kevin Trieu was amazing to work with in leasing my new Genesis G80. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable about the features of the car and provided an overall excellent customer experience. Kevin had the car I was looking at waiting for me when I arrived. He offered food and college football during my brief wait to process paperwork. Go see Kevin Trieu!
Had a great experience dealing with Thomas and Jake. Stopped by on Friday and told them what we were looking for and came back through on Sunday and they had several options ready for us and we got the car we wanted and at the price we wanted. I should add that we live in Virginia and visited all the local dealers and none were as accommodating!
Was in the market for a few months, then we came across Jeremy R. and he was great! I love my new Santa Fe :) Would recommend Jeremy to anyone! Great customer service.
Great experience buying my Genesis. Jeremy Rawls was attentive to my car needs and his demeanor was customer friendly. Jake and Rick also were concerned I had great customer service.
