Disappointed with the managers and service managers at this Dealership. 3 attempts by Hyundai to fix the climate control in my car but was told by the service manager that a frozen over ac system is normal. I will be using the lemon law on them and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Stay away!!!!!!!!
We are hard to please and I have to say Lake Norman Hyundai was excellent to deal with. Want a great salesperson? Jeremy Rawis. The GM there is awesome as well - his name is Rick Grey. Also, Jake in finance is very nice and helpful/knowledgeable. They are fair and care about the customer. Jeremy is extremely knowledgeable to give me all the tips on my new car that has all the bells and whistles. I look forward to a long relationship with them and the service department. Thank you! In June of 2016 we purchased a new Santa FE Sport , The sales man Jeremy Rawls was outstanding, not only for his knowledge but his courtesy. Our first service visit was kind of run of the mill., but our second one was outstanding. Curtis in the service department went out of his way to answer my questions and redo our phones on the Bluetooth since they were new. The free car wash was much better ,with a better vacuum job inside. They really tried and gave us a pleasant visit.

I have bought two vehicles through Lake Norman Hyndai and each time I've gotten a great deal! I keep going back to them because they have great inventory and their service department is wonderful!!! I'm so glad we found a dependable, trustworthy dealership.
Hated the experience of buying here! Super nice during test drive, etc. Rushed me through paperwork with little explanation, and when I returned the next day to ask for some clarification about the financial end of things, the sales person (Nick) and the finance guy treated me like I was a stupid girl and made me feel worse. I went the next day and spoke to the manager who explained it better but kept on telling me how he lost money on the deal and also treated me like I was an idiot. Went in to find out why I wasn't able to change radio channels and why Bluetooth was working. Ended up spending unnecessary money and spent about 6 1/2 hours waiting on diagnostic. Waste of time and money. Lesson learn
