No service after the sale. Have two Hyundai Santa Fe vehicles. One has a A/C problem now and no parts available. Service is trying to get me to pickup a broken vehicle and they will contact me when parts come in. Their estimated time for the parts is unknown, anytime between now and a month(quote). Maybe I should have read the reviews before buying from this dealership. Contacted Hyundai corporate now to see what can be done. I would rather go to a Dentist and have all of my teeth pulled, rather than going shopping for a new car! However, this buying experience may have changed my mind, at least at Lake Norman Hyundai. The Sales Staff was top notch, for a change it was a no "B.S." experience! The Business people were very professional and tried to save me money in everything they did, which this is the first time that has ever happened. My experience was AWESOME. Go see Kevin he'll take care of you. I bought a new 2015 Elantra Limited and love it! Almost bought a Corolla SE and I'm glad I didn't. The Elantra has way more features and a much better warranty. I'm a Hyundai fan for life now
Poor customer service will prevent me from recommending or buying from this dealer again. Bought a used 2015 with less than 8k miles. When it was delivered the driver who delivered confirmed scratches on the trunk and hood and claimed the salesman and business rep would set up a buff job to get the scratches out. He claimed it had been done by the dealer when cleaned incorrectly. Since it was late on a Friday he told me to call Monday morning.
