I am extremely upset with this bank at the moment. Deposited $800 cash into an atm. Was told by a SUPERVISOR in member services it would be available that day if not the next day. Called again the next day and the same SUPERVISOR confirmed it would be available by the end of the business day which they said was 5:30ish. After waiting till 7 and not seeing the money in my account. RecommendedAs a long time customer who has overextended himself financially by helping others, I was given "An act of Kindness" by one of the Hudsonville associates. She listened to my story as I withdrew a sizable amount of cash yesterday to help someone, only to gift me secretly with a deposit to my account. THANK YOU VERY MUCH just doesn't seem enough.
I had an awesome experience with LMCU. Even with my lower credit due to previous medial debt from cancer treatments, they were able to find a few loan for me. Most other institutions brushed me off or told me I had to pay insane downpayments. You guys are amazing and I would definitely come back again for my next home or investment property. thank you so much again for everything.
do not recommond this bank. i was loyal customer for 7 years. until recently every thing was fine until the started hitting my account with extreme over draft fees. they charge me with $90 in one day and 2 days later another $60 with no e notice until 3 days later after the damage was all ready dont customer service said the would refund $6p but didnt. and the manager at the office wouldnt do anything. there are way better ways of banking with other services. with way better over draft protection,coverage and interest.
We have been with Lake Michigan CU for 7 years and have always had great experiences. You cannot beat their interest rate at 3% on the checking account!

thank you Lake Michigan credit union for ruining my kids christmas and getting me evicted from my place. yall taking money from my account the weeks before Christmas no phone calls or nothing while yall living in a mansion make sure yall hug your kids and tell them to be grateful they have a home to live in because yall just took from mines.
