I’m on my second home loan. Going on 8 weeks and still no word of closing. Closed on my house Wednesday and we have to be out by next Friday. LMCU has dropped the ball on many occasions, they also won’t get back to myself or my realtor. It’s a huge headache. I have 3 animals and 3 people in this house, I guess they expect to live out of the truck for a while til they figure out exactly how to do a loan. Never again. Banked with them for 7 years, I’m done.
I used to have faith in LMCU's care for members, and I used to enjoy banking with them. However, my last/current fraud dispute has been a debacle, chasing down notes and responses for three weeks. I was treated, frankly, like an idiot for expecting understanding of the fraud outside of their policy's time frame.
