Trasy campsites, parking passes way to much and the fishing areas were so cluttered with trash etc.. we stayed an hour and left! Need better keep up!
We stopped at the booth to get a temporary pass to look around and check out sites. One of the ladies in the booth was so rude that we didn't even go back in with our car license information. We had just left Browder's Marina where we were treated very well and got a temporary pass with no problems. I am sure that the state park is wonderful but some of the employees don't need to be in customer service positions.
Very clean and beautiful!!! We will definitely be back. Kids loved it too.
Loved it! Livingston has always been our favorite park to camp and enjoy the weekend. Now that they have done some upgrades it's better than ever!
The campsites were on top of each other. There was no privacy at all. Not a fan

Thanks for the feedback. This park was opened in 1977 when campers were smaller so the sites are fairly close together in some areas. Rest assured that we will be renovating all of the camping loops in the next few years and will be alleviating that issue by removing some of the sites in the Pin Oak Loop and re-orienting sites in other loops.
