RecommendedI have been living here for about a year and would definitely recommend the Grand at Polaris. The apartments are spacious, updated, and aesthetically pleasing. The community is always clean and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They also organize cool events for residents to take part in. Love the fitness center and pool as well. 5/5 stars

Adrian in the last three days i have need up on computer sending paperwork for new job he has helped me alot above and beyond his job Nd fixed the coffee machine i would not have been able to start my new job next week without his help thanks again kelli ryan 9012 lake ridge drive
Its a nice small community right near Polaris. But somehow able to remains a quiet place to live.
