I love the place. Clean and safe. The staff is friendly and always accommodating from the application process (which a monkey can do in 5 minutes), to move in. I love the scenery and my neighbors. The grounds guys keep the place looking great. I don't see very much garbage on the ground, and this morning while I was drinking my coffee outside, one of the guys was walking around picking up garbage. Disappointing in so many ways. My 73 year old, handicapped father signed a 3 month lease to visit his grandchildren for the summer. Has to leave after 2 months due to health reasons, but paid for the full term. Gave notice but the person he gave notice to is no longer working there. So now he is being charged for 4 months. Not to mention the constant maintenance issues. :-(
We have been residents at Lake Club at Polaris since October 2014. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. The office staff are always very helpful and courteous, and quick to help us with anything. Maintenance is awesome and goes above and beyond their scope of duties with helping me jump-start my vehicle to placing extra salt on our walkway and around my truck so that my disabled husband who uses a walker could walk to our truck.
