RecommendedI separate the people at the office who I interact with and the people who built this place. The builders were sloppy and did an awful job. That has been my only frustration since moving in (end of May) is that there were so many things that needed fixed for a BRAND NEW apartment. That being said, the staff has been great with handling all the issues and are very pleasant to interact with. I think once they get everything fixed and work out a few kinks, it will be a great place to live :)

RecommendedI just moved in about 4 months ago and I love it. The staff are so friendly and the maintenance guy is awesome. They have gone above and beyond with engaging the community and being there for the residents. They community area is stunning. The community is quiet and the rooms have lots of space to have friends over to hang out for game nights.

RecommendedI have worked with some of the property managers at Lake Club for years now. They are a young, bright crew who always seem willing to help and are constantly attentive to tenant needs. Such a great example of The Champion Companies!
RecommendedNice safe community/atmosphere. It also has a clean workout facility and very friendly/helpful staff.
I am happy to live in Emerson park. There was a little confusion with getting in and getting the paperwork done but there has been little to complain about. Parking isnt the best but thats to be expected at any apartment. The gym is nice and the pool is awesome. I wish it could be open later though with the lighting that it has. The only issue i can point out would be the somewhat random inspections, but again thats unavoidable.
