Great staff always so helpful and nice.
When moving back to Columbus from out of state I looked at so many places. The 2 big reasons I chose this place was 1. The staff. Kali is amazing and was the most helpful and friendly out of all of the places I looked at. 2. The dog park � When I look for places, I’m looking for my dog too and this is a great option for her with the dog park and dog lovers all around. I’ve only been here a short time but am incredibly happy so far. :)
My apartment always smelled like smoke from the apartment below me. I was gone for a month, unplugged everything except the fridge, and my electric bill was over $50. They run the electric through the apartment company and add bogus charges. They even continued to charge me for electric after I turned my electric off. Bogus charge were also added to by final bill and they would not take them off. I have read many people with similar bad review who had trouble getting their security deposit back.
I absolutely love the positive energy I receive from the staff. They are always in good shape and have nice conversation when I go get my coffee. Although there is 24 hour access I like to go in when the staff is there, just for the conversation. I believe they are thinking of the safety of the community when setting traps for the racoons. My opinion if they weren't doing anything and something happened there would still be complaints. Brad and Kali are such great people! The staff of a community says a lot and they are consistently positive and seeking improvement. Highly recommended!
Like i mentioned on my work related account, this place has started trapping innocent animals, animals that are not harmful to people, to be killed. Why does this sound completely insane? Because it is. Do not rent here nor encourage people to rent here.
this place is a joke, high crime, loud neighbors, now they are trapping harmless wild animals that pose zero threat to anyone, do not rent here, management should face criminal charges for this type of resident treatment
