RecommendedI love lake club and there amazing staff they are literally nice and helpful tour full lease term and beyond. The grounds are kept daily and they handle all issue in a very timely manner. These apartments are in a great area close to a lot. Nice safe and great schools
RecommendedThis is an absolutely incredible place to live. I own a home out of state and was looking for a great location close to work, with all the high-end amenities (without the sticker shock) I needed, and great management. It needed to accommodate having my family with me part of the time and be a fun place, with and without my kids. I have not been disappointed! Management at The Grand at Polaris - Ashley, Ben or Ellie are amazing! Love, love, love it here. Highly recommend living here!
RecommendedWe could not have asked for a nicer place to stay while our home was being built; from the friendly faces at the office to the endless amenities on site. The neighbors are kind and the grounds are well maintained. We had one service call and the response time was exceptional! This was truly a wonderful experience for us.

RecommendedWe moved into our apartment in May. The apartment complex is well kept, the neighborhood is friendly, and the rent is really amazing given the quality of the apartments! Definitely the best apartment I’ve ever lived in.
RecommendedI love this place. I feel secure here and the office staff is amazing. If I ever need anything they are always willing and able to help. Maintenance is beyond awesome, if something breaks or doesn’t work they are very timely and professional.
