Almost 5 yrs I Lived@ Oak creek at Polaris ,I took off my good review because it is not worth it to live there if Champion Real Estate is going to try to milk every single thing they can on a move- out security deposit check . I have paid security deposit and wasn't accounted mentioning that I was already refunded. Do you believe that will any apparment refund security deposit before you move out. RecommendedI’ve lived at Lake club for almost a year now and I’ve enjoyed it. The community is kept clean and you can tell effort is put into its curb appeal. The office staff is friendly anytime I’ve had questions. Lauren was the one who helped me secure the apartment and went above and beyond to help me. As far as the amenities, I can’t really say much. The clubhouse is awesome and has free coffee for those who wish to enjoy it. I just can’t bring myself to enjoy coffee so I don’t take part. As for the pool and gym, never used either... read more

RecommendedApartments are always very well maintained. Along with all of the amenities. All of the staff works very hard to make sure everything is well kept and clean. Everyone is always very friendly.

When Champion took over things improved beyond belief!
