RecommendedWe have been living here for 10 months and just renewed our lease for another year. It has been wonderful living here. Brittni and Lindsey are excellent and treat you like family. I always love chatting with them when I visit the clubhouse. This year has been difficult with everything going on with COVID-19, but Emerson and Champion have been great at still providing amenities and events. RecommendedMoved here in May and I just love it and the staff so much! Would 10/10 recommend!
They over charge and when it comes to renters insurance review they apparently never get the email and overcharge you ... Then when you contact them about it and forward the email again they never respond ..!!! I was also told I was going to get hung up on because I was upset about the over charge ..!!

We had other options for apartments, but we chose Grand at Polaris because of the staff, price and layout of apartments. Thank you Meredith & Katelyn for making us feel welcome, wanted and important.
RecommendedMoved here about a year ago love the club house and being able to watch movies and get popcorn. Early mornings I love that I’m able to grab coffee before my early run and the pool and people are amazing made so many new friends.

One of the main reasons we decided on Polaris grand was your property manager Meredith. She was kind,considerate and answered all our questions. She was very helpful with our relocation.
