Nice community. Very convenient to 161 and 270. The area is very nice and extremely safe, still developing. I am moving but only because I bought a home. They offer specials for new residents and existing residents that renew their lease. The staff here are friendly and efficient.
We have lived here for almost 5 years and love it! The amenities are great and we love the office staff. If we ever have an issue, they are quick to respond and always kind. We feel fortunate to found our home here!
RecommendedI’ve lived here almost two years now and with Champions’s management, they have made it a great place to live! Managers are always available at the office, and via phone and email to answer questions and concerns, they are super friendly and they take pride in making our living experience great!
RecommendedThe front office staff actually knows your name, and they’re SO friendly. They have community events in the clubhouse pretty regularly (bourbon-tasting was one of my favorites) and they’re always very well-done. Communication with the residents in general is outstanding, as is their response to individual emails or questions. Maintenance is great - the general property is kept up, and it’s very easy to submit maintenance requests for your individual unit - mine have always been gotten a response within 24 hours.
RecommendedWe moved to the Grand right before Thanksgiving last year. I love the entire complex and there are some great perks that just make it shine out (Like being able to grab Coffee in the morning after I get my kiddo on the bus). The monthly resident events are always amazing and the entire staff genuinely want you to feel at home. I'd recommend The Grand to anyone.
RecommendedSince we’ve moved in, management has been so accommodating and kind and this was by far the easiest out of state move we’ve had. The gym always has towels and water bottles, they host fun events frequently and the free hot cocoa/coffee is THE BEST. Love living here.

RecommendedLake Club at Polaris has been such a fantastic place to call home! Their front office staff (Lauren, Lindsey, Adrian, & Kenny) is extremely welcoming and kind. Lauren Epps was very knowledgeable, caring, and professional in helping me to find the apartment that was exactly right for me! The maintenance staff is very responsive, competent, and friendly!
