My best friend lives here and I loved her apartment so much that when my lease is up I've decided to move there. She has great neighbors and there's plenty a room for my dog to run around. I can't wait for the pool to open this summer and to try out the new gym they're building. Haha I feel like I live here already. I'm always at her house so I guess I kind of do. Im excited to move here. Definitely a place I can call home. � �

I have been at this residence for almost a year now and really like the upgrades,wonderful location,close to all malls and above all good Olentangy school district. Office staff has been very nice and extremely helpful.
My husband needed a 3 month rental. He is handicapped and was fortunate to find a ground floor apartment. Dryer vent was not attached and blew all over the apt. Two leaky sinks. Despite the so called deal with Time Warner it took a week to get connected. The lease was for 3 months. He moved in July 1 and left September 1. Paid for September. But because he didn't give a 30 day notice on a 90 day lease, he has to pay an additional $1,420. Poor, poor,poor customer service and business practices. BEWARE!
