I went to Urgent Care yesterday morning with sinus issues. It was very busy, the parking lot was full. I was taken in quickly. Then within the hour I was treated. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this place!
We've been many times for a variety of health issues. We're always satisfied. Sometimes, if I haven't responded to medications or got better right away, I have gone back and they're always willing and ready to listen and help.
The worse treatment by a doctor that I ever encountered, He was very rude and a smart mouth, saying it mildly.
Every time I go in every one is so nice and helpful. The staff are professional and know their jobs and the doctors are caring and professional. thank you to all who work for lake Charles urgent care.
